AE&C designs and manufactures drive system assemblies and RF components for use in the satellite communications industries. We provide system consulting for Satcom mechanical and RF equipment. In addition we conduct training courses for earth station equipment installation. We also offer classes on antenna RF and IFL verification testing.

With over 50 years experience in the satellite communications industry we have the ability to execute all facets of earth station engineering. In conjunction with our outside fabricators we have engineered and built numerous antenna system components, waveguide systems and alignment interface tooling.

We specialize in the design of antenna control system replacement components, precision antenna mounts and encoder assemblies. Our upgrade components meet or exceed original equipment supplied with most antenna control system and antenna brands..

The design and manufacture of RF system components (axis crossover integration and IFL systems) is another area we excel.

I started in the satcom field in 1966 and have worked in every aspect from site location to systems installation and station operations. From Mar 2001 to Jun 2017 I was president of Sigma Communications, Inc a satcom field service company. For the previous 35 years plus I held supervisory positions in research and development, manufacturing, field installation and operations/maintenance of satellite communications earth station equipment. I have worked on every continent and all but a very few countries in the world. I have the ability to adapt to diverse cultures, climates and work environments.
